Week 11 NJCAA Game of the Week matchup announced
Charlotte, NC – The NJCAA has announced details for the week 11 NJCAA Football Game of the Week on ESPN+. The match-up will feature the Blinn Buccaneers traveling to face the Kilgore Rangers on Saturday, November 5, at 4:00 PM ET / 3:00 PM CT in Kilgore, TX.

Kilgore (TX) is 4-3 on the season, after a tough loss on the road to SWJCFC leader Trinity Valley (24-14). Overall, the Rangers are 2-3 in the conference, averaging 34.3 points per game and 321.3 yards per game. Kilgore travels to Tyler to face off on Oct. 29.
A bright spot for the Rangers has been Sophomore RB Donerio Davenport. He's second in the nation with 13 touchdowns scored and second in the nation with 106 rushing yards per game.
Blinn (TX) sits at 3-4 overall and 1-4 in SWJCFC standings. The Buccaneers are looking to snap a four-game losing streak when it collides with Northeastern Oklahoma A&M this Saturday. The squad is coming off a bye week and last played on October 15. Blinn's three wins came at the start of the season and the lone conference win was against Cisco.
The Buccaneers lead the nation with 219 rushing yards per game. JJ Branham and Willie Eldridge have combined for 1,072 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns. Branham is fourth in the nation with 90.1 rushing yards per game. He was outstanding last time out against Tyler with 125 yards and a touchdown. That's his fourth game over 100 rushing yards this season. Blinn shares the ball effectively through the air. Five players have more than 10 catches and more than 100 yards this season.
Nine former Blinn student-athletes have gone on to play in the NFL. Cam Newton, most notably, led the Buccaneers to a NJCAA national championship in 2009.
