McLennan's Trinity Allen announced as 2025 DI Player of the Year
Charlotte, NC: McLennan Community College's (TX) first baseman Trinity Allen has been named the 2025 NJCAA Division I Softball Player of the Year. Allen is the second consecutive Highlander to win this award.

The sophomore was also lethal on the base paths and finished the season with 22 stolen bases. They also finished the season with a .556 on-base percentage and a .984 slugging percentage.
"Trinity has been an absolute joy to coach. Her passion for the game and the people around her are unmatched," McLennan head softball coach Chris Berry said.
