Volleyball Players of the Week - (Oct. 9-15)
Alivia Dew helped No. 2 Parkland up its season record to 38-1
Colorado Springs, Colo.- Three student-athletes were selected as NJCAA Volleyball Players of the Week on Wednesday as announced by the national office.
Irina Alekseeva of Iowa Western garnered DI honors as the Reivers relied on the freshman's play and jumped to No. 2 in this week's rankings. Alivia Dew was a key factor for No. 2 Parkland (IL) to earn DII honors while Sarah Udoni carried top-ranked Harper (IL) with an efficient offensive attack.
