Swan Lake Resort to host Upcoming NJCAA DII Men’s Golf Championships
Charlotte, NC - The NJCAA has announced Swan Lake Resort as its host for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 NJCAA Division II Men's Golf Championships.
Swan Lake Resort will host the four-day national tournament at the Swan Lake Resort and Conference Center in Plymouth, IN, from May 19-22, 2026, May 18-21, 2027, and May 23-26, 2028.
"The ownership and management at Swan Lake Resort is absolutely thrilled to be the host of the 2026, 2027 and 2028 NJCAA DII Men's Golf Championship," said Chad Hutsell, Director of Golf on behalf of Swan Lake Resort's Ownership, Management, and Staff. "We have been blessed to host on several occasions since 2012 and we truly value our relationships with the NJCAA, coaches and student-athletes over the years. It means a great deal to us to host a National Championship for the student-athletes."
Swan Lake previously hosted the NJCAA DII Men's Golf Championship in 2012, 2014, 2016, 2019, 2021, and 2023.
Swan Lake Resort presents a unique situation as a National Championship venue. The resort can house nearly every player and coach right on the property. There is a large practice area that can handle 60+ players at one time and the short game area with 5 practice greens allows the players to dial in their short game during the championship week.
Hutsell added "With the opportunity to host multiple years in a row, we will really try to examine how we can improve the player's experience. We are so grateful for the opportunity to be involved with the NJCAA and offer a sincere thank you to all involved in the selection process. We also would like to thank our local NJCAA school, Marian University's Ancilla College. Without our relationship and partnership with them, this journey would never have begun back in 2011."
Originally a family-owned chicken farm, Swan Lake Resort has transformed into a golf course and resort that offers a variety of activities and opportunities to grow within the sport of golf including the Golf Academy which helps thousands of golfers find greater enjoyment in their golf games. The 2025 NJCAA Division II Men's Golf Championship will be held at Swan Lake Resort in Plymouth, IN from May 20-23.
