NJCAA Renews Partnership with Athletic Trainer System
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The National Junior College Athletic Association has announced the renewal of its partnership with Athletic Trainer System (ATS), continuing ATS's role as the Official Electronic Health Records System of the NJCAA.
Through the renewed partnership, Athletic Trainer System will continue to support NJCAA member institutions, athletic trainers, administrators, and student-athletes by providing access to a comprehensive electronic health records platform designed specifically for athletic training departments. The ATS platform assists with athlete registration, documentation, daily treatment tracking, injury management, concussion management, appointment scheduling, and other key functions that help athletic trainers manage care and streamline operations.
"The health, safety, and overall well-being of NJCAA student-athletes remain a top priority for our association," said Dr. Christopher Parker, NJCAA President and CEO. "Athletic trainers play an essential role on our campuses and at our championship events, and our continued partnership with Athletic Trainer System reinforces our commitment to providing members with resources that help support efficient, effective, and organized care."
Athletic Trainer System works with athletic training departments across the country, offering customizable and scalable solutions for high schools, colleges, universities, outreach programs, and other athletic healthcare settings. As part of the renewed relationship, ATS will continue to engage with NJCAA members and provide resources that support documentation, communication, and athletic healthcare operations.
"Partnering with the NJCAA is a tremendous asset for ATS. It reinforces our shared commitment to student-athlete well-being and gives us the opportunity to support programs that make a real difference on campuses across the country," said Rhett Keffer, Sr., Founder and CEO of ATS. "Through this partnership, we're able to deliver technology that helps athletic trainers and staff stay aligned, informed, and focused on what matters most—providing exceptional care to every student-athlete."
The renewed partnership reflects the NJCAA's continued focus on aligning with organizations that provide meaningful value to its member colleges and student-athletes. By continuing its relationship with Athletic Trainer System, the NJCAA further strengthens its commitment to supporting athletic trainers and advancing best practices in student-athlete health and safety across two-year college athletics.
